I find some things didn't meet expectations. The housekeeping was really poor. I saw it maybe once. Unfriendly staff became normal . Overpriced doesn't begin to describe the value, and honestly, I think one star is generous, I am really frustrated.

I enjoyed the personalized check-in with a great concierge. The additional food and beverage offerings for breakfast were appreciated. Spaces to sit and relax, read a book, or just scroll on your phone enhanced my experience a lot. My room looked like the picture of the tub with a gorgeous view.
IT was a minor inconvenience though.

the location was acceptable it allowed easy access to the city center by metro
the pool required reservations limiting access i found this inconvenient especially given its small size the requirement of mandatory caps was odd especially for bald men this felt unnecessary and detracted from the experience
