poor housekeeping unfriendly staffs
I find some things didn't meet expectations. The housekeeping was really poor. I saw it maybe once. Unfriendly staff became normal . Overpriced doesn't begin to describe the value, and honestly, I think one star is generous, I am really frustrated.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities
great concierge beverage offering comfortable space
I enjoyed the personalized check-in with a great concierge. The additional food and beverage offerings for breakfast were appreciated. Spaces to sit and relax, read a book, or just scroll on your phone enhanced my experience a lot. My room looked like the picture of the tub with a gorgeous view.
IT was a minor inconvenience though.

The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of food choices, providing many options to start the day (especially the fresh fruit!). I really appreciated the diverse selections catering to different tastes and dietary needs.

The room included a large, comfortable bed and modern amenities. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found ample space to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel is located near many sightseeing attractions and shopping centers. The Royal Palace, the Plaza España, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol are all within a 20 minute walk. These famous landmarks were easily accessible.

underwhelming stay not quite living up to expectations
mandatory caps limited access
the location was acceptable it allowed easy access to the city center by metro
the pool required reservations limiting access i found this inconvenient especially given its small size the requirement of mandatory caps was odd especially for bald men this felt unnecessary and detracted from the experience
